 Good SolutionI have a Windows based SCADA system that automatically prints out a 'snapshot' screen page of daily accumulated totals, averages, and other values at midnight each day. If the printer malfunctions or runs out of ink, the data can be lost! With your Documalis Free Printer, I set it up so that the print outs go to a folder in PDF format. From there I can print them to the printer as needed and when needed. Very cool. I would like it to be totally unattended (silent) but for now I have to click a button to finish.

Useful for testing application outputI used this as a virtual printer to test out what would be printed by some test applications and how it would look like once printed. This saves a lot of paper. Good for the environment! Social bookmarks: RSS:
